We currently have an opening for an Accounting Specialist at our manufacturing facility located in Eaton, Ohio. This facility manufactures corrugated packaging products for local and national customers. We are looking for a motivated individual who is capable of performing a multitude of functions in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Specific responsibilities of this position will include invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, inventory reconciliation, and general ledger accounting, as well as a variety of other functions including payroll. Successful candidates will work with the Complex Controller on cost analysis projects and assist with financial close at month end. COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS OVERVIEW: Two to three years accounting experience or equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to handle telephone conversations, listening & communicating. Ability to work together with others as a team. Decision maker with good follow-through skills. Ability to handle details accurately. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Able to remain flexible and adapt to the situation and provide either leadership or follow instructions and work independently. Enthusiastic, customer focused, self-motivated, and innovative.
