WIA case mgrs having problems saving Basic Skills Deficient details.

We are hearing from case mgrs that there is a problem saving Basic Skills Deficient details. What is happens is: the case mgrs enters the basic skills deficient details and when attempting to Save, receives message “Basic Skills Deficient details required to be completed” even though the details are already entered. The work around is to click on WIA and scroll to another menu (does not matter which one—Select Job Seeker, Basic Intake or Eligibility) and a box will pop up asking Do you want to save your changes? If you click Yes your Basic Skills Deficient details will be saved.

Error when entering a new record and trying to enter public assistance data

We are aware of the error message that's coming up when entering new records and trying to pull CRIS-E data. It has been reported and they are working on it. To work around it for now, please enter the seeker in with another eligibility reason, like homeless, something that does not require CRIS-E data. After you save the record, exit the record (make sure you "unlock" the record). Open the record back up and enter the information needed for public assistance. It will now pull the CRIS-E data.
